Aburra is a member of an impressive network of Indigenous companies providing First Nations people with construction apprenticeships, training programs and support for local community projects. Aburra’s founders – Shane Jacobs of the Wiradjuri Nation and Glen Fitzgerald of the Yuin Nation – bring over four decades of industry experience to the company. All men have strong connections to the Goorawal people of La Perouse, proudly foregrounding their heritage and culture in all aspects of Aburra’s operations.
